I'm Maddison Hess, the groomer behind Desert Dogs Mobile Grooming. This page explains what information I collect when you use this website or contact me, how I use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, just text me at (623) 755-1401.
Information I collect
- What you give me. When you use the "get a price by text" form, I collect your name, zip code, and the details you share about your dog (breed and rough weight). When you text or message me, I keep that conversation so I can help you book and provide grooming.
- Collected automatically. Like most websites, this site logs basic technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, and how you move through the page. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.
Advertising and the Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel (from Meta/Facebook) so I can run and measure Facebook and Instagram ads. The Pixel helps me see whether an ad led someone to reach out, and it lets Meta show my ads to people who are likely to want mobile dog grooming. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you. You can learn more and adjust your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, and through Meta's own privacy tools.
How I use your information
- To reply to you, give you a price, and schedule your groom.
- To provide and improve the grooming service.
- To run and measure my advertising.
- To keep basic records of bookings and customers.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your information. I only share it with the services that help me run this business, such as the form delivery service that emails me your inquiry and Meta for advertising and measurement. I may also share information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as I need it to serve you and run the business, then I delete it. If you'd like me to remove your details sooner, just ask.
Your choices
- You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you.
- You can opt out of personalized ads through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
- You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though parts of the site may not work as well.
Children
This site and service are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
